Become an Explorer

The Blue Columbine Explorer Program is your opportunity to get to know our community before making a larger commitment. As an Explorer, you’ll learn more about the project, meet potential future neighbors, participate in community meetings and events, and explore whether Blue Columbine feels like the right fit for you.

As an Explorer, you will:

  • Build relationships with Blue Columbine members and potential future neighbors

  • Learn about home options, pricing, financing, and project timelines

  • Experience how the community makes decisions and works together

  • Participate in social gatherings and community meetings

  • Connect with a community member who can answer questions and help guide your experience

The goal of the Explorer Program is simple: to help you feel informed, connected, and confident as you consider becoming a member and selecting your future home at Blue Columbine.

The cost to become an Explorer is a one-time, nonrefundable fee of $150. Sign Up Below
