Hybrid Info Session

  • Lakewood Library 10200 West 20th Avenue Lakewood, Colorado, 80215 United States (map)

What would it look like to have a home of your own in a neighborhood designed for connection? Join us for an information session about Blue Columbine Cohousing, a multigenerational community taking shape in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

Attend in person at the Lakewood Library or join virtually on Zoom—whichever works best for you.

We’ll introduce the vision for Blue Columbine and share plans for 39 privately owned homes, complemented by shared spaces that make it easier to connect with neighbors. Learn about the planned 4,000-square-foot Common House, pool, gardens, outdoor gathering areas, and amenities for four-legged companions, along with the community’s plans for net-zero homes.

During the session, we’ll cover:

  • The cohousing concept: How private homes and shared spaces bring together independence and community.

  • The plans for Blue Columbine: An overview of the homes, amenities, and neighborhood being created.

  • The latest project updates: Where things stand today and what’s ahead.

  • Ways to get involved: How to learn more and explore whether Blue Columbine could be a fit for you.

There will also be time for questions, whether you’re attending at the library or joining online. You’re welcome whether you’re new to cohousing or already familiar with the idea and ready to learn more about this community.

Register to join us and explore the possibilities at Blue Columbine Cohousing.
